Coherence has been defined as being the state where heart, mind and emotions all operate in perfect energetic alignment, balance and harmony. It’s the state of being that powerfully opens the door to awakened intuition, greater resilience, increased personal energy and more present states of flow and consciousness.
What’s more, the emerging fields of neuroscience and neuro-psychology are converging and starting to validate what spiritual teachers, masters and healers have known for centuries … that we all have access to this amazing power and presence within ourselves … and the ability to direct and channel that energy to become the masters of our own lives.
