About the event
Join us for a wonderful morning as we with the magnificent Alfred Nicholas Gardens in Sherbrooke.
Set on a number of acres and hidden in the beautiful Sherbrooke forest, the Alfred Nicholas gardens are surrounded by beautiful trees, nature and ornamental lakes.
From 9.30AM AM Brunch/Coffee: We'll be meeting at the lovely Kalista Deli Cafe, Kalista
10.30AM We'll head a short drive up Sherbrooke Road to the Alfred Nicholas Gardens
We'll begin our journey at the entrance to the site before taking a leisurely walk down to the lakes.
Where we'll then do some heart-centred open air meditation, energy work and Qi Gong movement
