In this episode of the Leading in the Light Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Judy Kater founder of The Relaxation Project, based in Bondi, NSW Australia, on what it really takes to connect more deeply with our inner-self and to find the path back to our pure divine nature.


For over 25 years Judy has been at the forefront of promoting a mindful and inner-approach to creating deep states of peace, joy, happiness and fulfilment, and in this episode we talk about the power of the breath and the way we can all learn to connect more deeply with our authentic nature in order to awaken greater states of peace, bliss, happiness and fulfilment in our own lives.


About Judy Kater

Judy’s journey into healing and self-awareness began in 1985. Having been under pressure and experiencing challenges in several areas of her life, she noticed her usual positive attitude and disposition gradually slipping away and an uncomfortable anxiety creeping in. Feelings of overwhelm grew and she found it difficult to relax the chatter of my mind, which led to an inner-desire for relief and ultimately her own decision to explore ways to create change.


Judy began practicing yoga and meditation, as well as asked for and receiving greater guidance. Slowly, over time she regained he balance and gratefully found a deeper connection with herself – a calmer state of mind, an inner confidence & sense of contentment emerged, that led to engaging and living life in a more meaningful mindful and authentic way.


Eventually she was drawn to explore a range of natural therapies, and over the next few years studied Yoga, Meditation, Counselling & Coaching, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Chakra & Energy Healing, Time Line Therapy, NLP and Access Consciousness.

Her personal daily practice became a joyful rich eclectic mix of knowledge and understanding, inspired by a variety of philosophies, cultures and teachings. To this day, Judy continues to expand and uplift her sense of self, others through a mindful and connected approach to relaxation and wellbeing.
